- In order for us to accommodate all of our guests, we ask that you arrive before your scheduled appointment time. In the event that you arrive late, we may be unable to guarantee full application of services.
- To ensure your stylist or spa technicians availability, we recommend you prebook your next appointment.
- Out of respect for our service providers, salon and spa guests we kindly ask that you contact us within 24 hours in the event of cancellation. Not showing or giving appropriate cancellation notice for scheduled appointments may result in required prepayment in the future.
- We base our prices on our teams individual education level and industry experience. We are confident in recommending all of our team members, regardless of price, to any of our guests. Our front desk team can help guide you to the salon/spa technician to best match to your individual needs.
- All published prices are listed at a starting point for our salon services. An exact price will be given to you before the start of your service.
- For any service that you are unhappy with, we will honor a two week window for a redo from the original service date.
- We always welcome large parties at the salon and spa. When making reservations that require three or more of our staff members, a formal agreement is necessary to meet your expectations.
- Our spa area is your source for total relaxation, body renewal, and other decadent pampering. We strive to make your spa experience beneficial and memorable. We ask that you please refrain from the use of cell phones in our spa area.
- Gift Cards are available for individual services, packages, and any dollar amount. Our front desk team can assist with creating that special gift for any occasion.
